A Message from Simon “Results” Rajwani

As a fitness professional, I see and read about dozens of new gadgets designed to help you “melt away that stubborn body fat.” There are pills you can swallow that supposedly speed up your metabolism and chase the fat cells away while you sit on your couch and watch American Idol.

The absolute truth, my friends, is that the only thing that burns fat is muscle. Anyone who tells you anything else is lying to you.

It so happens that the reason models and celebrities people pay me $150 an hour is that this is the one thing I’m pretty damn good at — building muscle and burning fat. I’ve learned through many years of observation and experimentation that the best way to build muscle and eliminate fat is to subject the body to every possible movement pattern — pushing, pulling, rotating, lunging, moving up and down, and so on. But this, my friends, does not involve purchasing any expensive machinery. An exercise ball and some dumbbells will get the job done better than any gimmick you’ll ever see on an infomercial.

In fact, I work in a luxurious gym with lots of fancy equipment worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. But the simple exercise ball is the favorite tool of every good trainer in the gym. Trainers are paid entirely on their ability to achieve results for their clients.

What does this tell you?

From the beginner to the advanced athlete, everyone benefits from the ball. The reason is quite simple. Everyone has heard of pecs and lats and quads and abs. But most people tend to work these muscles one at a time, which cannot possibly be as productive for burning fat and developing functional strength as getting them all involved at once. Teamwork works brilliantly on the playing field and in the professional world. And it works just as well when you recruit multiple muscle groups to work toward the goal of getting that ripped body you’ve always wanted and deserve.

My clients have all had amazing results using the same exercises that I’m making available to you. Working out with an exercise ball allows you to build strength from “the inside out.” It builds the all-important muscular core, upon which you rely for all major muscular movement. Through core training we can wake up all those critical muscles that haven’t been used in years, even if you’ve been doing traditional weight lifting.

The sheer newness of the routine alone will take your workouts to a whole new level. And, since you will be working so many muscles at one time, your workouts will be considerably shorter.

Remember, more muscles working at one time means more calories being burned.

So let’s get strong. Let’s get sexy. Let’s get started!

All the best,
